Salary Details:

Selected candidates will receive a daily wage of Rs.675, subject to revisions as per government orders for Class IV employees.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be between 18 and 36 years old. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government rules.

Qualifications:

1. Food & Beverage Staff:

   • Pre-Degree or Plus Two pass.
   • One-year certificate in Food & Beverage Service from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or one-year diploma in Beverage Service from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism.
   • Minimum 2 years experience as Waiter/Butler/Captain in hotels classified as 2-star or higher.

2. Receptionist:

   • Pre-Degree or Plus Two pass.
   • Certificate in Front Office Operations from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute.
   • Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office Assistant in hotels classified as 2-star or higher.

3. Cook:

   • SSLC or equivalent.
   • One-year certificate in Food Production from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or diploma in Cookery/Food Production from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
   • Minimum 2 years experience.

4. Assistant Cook:

   • SSLC or equivalent.
   • One-year certificate in Food Production from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute.
   • Minimum 1 year experience in a 2-star hotel or higher.

5. Kitchen Attendant:

   • SSLC or equivalent.
   • One-year certificate in Food Production from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute.
   • Minimum 1 year experience as Cook/Assistant Cook.

6. Housekeeping Staff:

   • SSLC or equivalent.
   • Certificate in Hotel Accommodation Operations from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operations from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
   • Minimum 6 months of work experience.
