Terms Of Engagement - Kerala FCRI Recruitment 2023:
The selected personnel will be engaged for a fixed term of ONE YEAR, with periodic performance evaluations. Only candidates willing to work for a minimum period of ONE YEAR should apply.
Selected personnel will receive a consolidated pay as notified.
Candidates willing to work on any shift should apply.

Personnel will assist with on-site assignments and other duties assigned by their reporting officer.
The performance of selected candidates will be periodically assessed, and unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination.
The engagement term is ONE YEAR only. The management reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 1-month notice, except in cases of misconduct where short notice may apply.
Persons engaged on a contract at FCRI will not have any claims for future employment and no guarantee of preferential rights or privileges.
