CIAL Recruitment 2022 Job Details

| Junior Manager Trainee | Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000/- per month during the training period. Training period is normally for one year. On successful completion of training, he/she will undergo probation and will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month. Probation period is normally for one year. On successful completion of probation he/she will be absorbed as Junior Manager in the scale of pay Rs. 38500-3%-106000 and the remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, and other Allowances. However allowances will be having a 50% fixed component and balance 50% will be linked to their sale targets/deliverables assigned to their scope of activities. The approximate CTC to the selected candidates on the regular scale will be Rs. 85,000 per month. Training/Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management. CDRSL is a continuously operating entity functioning round the clock in three shifts with shift timings, 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm & 10 pm to 6 am. The shift timings may also undergo changes in the future. Selected candidates shall be required to work on any shift as assigned by the Company. They may be posted on any duty/assignment as deemed fit by the Company and shall carry out the duties as assigned. The posts notified are in the category of officers of CDRSL. Hence they may be made available for attending duties at any point of time. CDRSL is presently operating in the essential service of Airport and employees are likely to be called for duty at any time depending upon the exigencies of work. |
